Salah ended up staying at Anfield for the 2023-24 campaign, but reports Liverpool are preparing themselves for another push to lure him to the Middle East. Al-Ittihad are expected to make a new attempt to lure him away from Merseyside, but this time they face competition from current Pro League leaders Al-Hilal, who are prepared to offer £70m ($89m) for him.
DID YOU KNOW?
Salah, 31, has just over a year left on his current contract at the Reds, meaning they may want to cash in on him this summer if he does not extend his deal. He is not the only big Premier League name who could be targeted in the next transfer window, though, as Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne and Manchester United duo Casemiro and Raphael Varane may also be the subject of bids from Saudi Arabia.
